The 1200 square metre packing facility is managed under strict food safety and quality control conditions.
Product is regularly tested against specifications, samples are sent to laboratories and process flow is managed to minimize food safety risk. The product is processed and ultimately packed in dropped temperature high care facility and is therefore washed and ready to eat once sealed in the packs. The packing facility is managed by certified food technologists and is inspected regularly by technologists from the major retail chains.
The facility is audited for food safety risks annually, and has achieved some of the highest results amongst fresh produce suppliers in the country in recent audits.
